Interesting analysis from Postling but surely some of these questions are best answered depending on the situation - ie. which platforms should small businesses be using? Well, certainly both according to this data but that's only if both platforms relate to your business and target the same audience you're after, Twitter and Facebook aren't for everyone. PS, I'm interested in what management tools these small businesses are using (or rather, can afford) as most I've seen are incredibly expensive...
